The Robin package includes up to 3 or 4 bedrooms depending on square footage, 2 full baths and a 1.5 bath, Kitchen, Common area (Living or Den), and Dining room. All halls and walkways are included. Stairs are not included but can be added on.

​Included are: Emptying trash, high and low dusting including overhead fan blades, shelves, tables and accessible surfaces, sanitizing door handles, kitchen appliances on the outside, countertops and outer kitchen cabinets, disinfecting toilets, sink, bath tubs and/or shower, glass and mirrors. All floors are washed in kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood mopping is not part of this package but can be added on. Deep dusting of blinds and books are additional.
